1. Services

Alacrity Insurance Partners, LLC (“Agency,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides insurance brokerage and agency services to individuals and businesses. Services may include consultation, policy placement, policy servicing, certificate issuance, and related insurance assistance.

Insurance products and services are offered only in states where the Agency and the responsible licensed producer are properly licensed, including Minnesota and Wisconsin where applicable.

2. Licensing & Regulatory Status

Alacrity Insurance Partners, LLC is licensed to conduct insurance business in Minnesota and Wisconsin. Individual producers are licensed in accordance with state requirements. Certain representatives may only be licensed in Minnesota.

The Agency may act as an insurance agent representing one or more insurance carriers and/or as an insurance broker representing the client, depending on the specific transaction and product.

3. No Guarantee of Coverage or Approval

We do not guarantee:

• Insurance approval
• Policy issuance
• Specific coverage terms
• Premium rates
• Loan approval or closing outcomes

All insurance coverage is subject to underwriting review, carrier approval, policy terms, exclusions, and applicable law.

Submission of information to our Agency does not guarantee coverage or bind insurance.

4. No Binding Authority via Website

Submission of information through our website, email, or online forms does not constitute a binder of insurance coverage.

Coverage is not effective unless and until confirmed in writing by a licensed representative of 

Alacrity Insurance Partners, LLC and the applicable insurance carrier.

5. Certificates of Insurance

Certificates of Insurance (COIs) are issued for informational purposes only and confer no rights upon the certificate holder.

A COI does not amend, extend, or alter the coverage provided by the policy. Coverage is governed solely by the terms, conditions, and exclusions of the actual insurance policy.

6. Coverage Explanations & Client Responsibility

Any coverage descriptions, summaries, or explanations provided by phone, email, in person, or through this website are general informational summaries only.

Actual coverage is subject to the specific terms, conditions, exclusions, and endorsements contained in the issued policy.

Coverage recommendations, if provided, are based on information disclosed by the client at the time of consultation. Clients are responsible for communicating all relevant risk exposures and reviewing final policy documents to ensure coverage meets their needs.

The Agency does not independently verify all risk factors unless specifically engaged to do so.

7. Compensation Disclosure

Compensation for insurance products is primarily derived from commissions paid by insurance carriers.

In certain Excess & Surplus (E&S) placements, a broker fee may be charged by the E&S broker. Such fees are disclosed in writing on the applicable quote documentation.

Where permitted by law, the Agency may also offer agency bill or agency sweep services, collecting premiums on behalf of the carrier and remitting them accordingly.

When acting under an agency bill arrangement, premiums collected by the Agency are handled in accordance with applicable state insurance regulations and remitted to the carrier as required. Payment to the Agency under such arrangement constitutes payment to the insurer, subject to carrier terms.

8. Account Use & Website Conduct

Users agree to use our website and services responsibly and not to:

* Attempt unauthorized access to systems

* Upload malicious code

* Submit false or misleading information

* Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data

* Violate any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, communications, branding, text, graphics, and materials are the property of Alacrity Insurance Partners, LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, or used without written permission.

User-submitted information is used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Communications

We may contact clients via phone or email regarding quotes, policy servicing, renewals, and related insurance matters.

Marketing communications may be sent via email in compliance with applicable law. Clients may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alacrity Insurance Partners, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our website or services.

Our liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the compensation received by the Agency for the policy or service giving rise to the claim.

We are not responsible for underwriting decisions, policy modifications, cancellations, pricing determinations, or coverage denials made by insurance carriers or third-party providers.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Minnesota.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.

Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
